Dumbledore's Mini Dachshunds is located along the Blue Ridge Mountains.

An old provincial name, "dumbledor", also denoted a buzzing insect such as a bumblebee.

 "dumble" probably imitating the sound of these insects.

I chose the name DUMBLEDORE for my kennel because of my love for Bees 🐝

Dachshunds or Doxies were bred 300 hundred years ago in Germany to hunt badgers which is what gave them their name. 

  The word Dachshund is originally a combination of two German words: Dach which means badger and hund which means dog.

⭐Deposits: Fill out a Puppy Questionnaire and read over the Health Guarantee, then secure your puppy with a non-refundable deposit; in those steps!

⭐Contracts: Beginning 1/1/26 all contracts will be done through an E-Doc signature. A copy of the contract will be provided in the puppies' going home folder.

⭐Microchipping: All puppies will leave microchipped; owners handle registration & updates. This is not optional!

⭐Renters: Renters are responsible for any and all damages caused by their puppy after they take their puppy home or to someone else's home!

⭐Policy Updates: Policies may change at any time without notice.

⭐Puppy Questionnaire: A few more questions have been added to the puppy questions to better understand what you the buyer is looking for and so I can try to match you with your new family member.

⭐Refusal of Service: I reserve the right to refuse any sale to anyone for any reason I chose at the Owner and Breeder here at Dumbledore Mini Dachshunds!
